Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding NZ public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery within New Zealand
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only. Standard shipping costs $8.00 NZD and typically takes 3–5 business days from the time your order is shipped. Orders over $80.00 NZD qualify for free standard shipping. Rural addresses may take a little longer to receive. All prices on our website are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
International shipping
At this time we only ship within New Zealand and do not offer international shipping. If this changes, we'll update this policy accordingly.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contactus@lunezens.com so we can investigate with the courier. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we're required to arrange delivery within a reasonable time, and we'll work with you to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Damaged or lost items
If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us at contactus@lunezens.com as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
